We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Checks are accepted but orders will only ship after payment has cleared. YOUR ACCOUNTS

Bend Goods reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing Bend Goods with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.
SHIPPING
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 12-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via USPS, UPS or by common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order.
In stock orders will be received in 1-3 weeks or sooner with faster shipping method. Tracking numbers will be sent for all UPS and FedEx orders.
SHIPPING COSTS
Currently we are offering FREE shipping via USPS for our wire chairs. If you require special shipping, would like to ship outside the 48 contiguous states or require expedited shipping, please contact customer service. Contact via email: info@bendgoods.com
All orders are subject to availability. If your order can not be filled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order or we will inform you of the lead time * Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Bend Goods LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

RETURNS
Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Bend Goods, LLC does not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error. Orders may be changed or cancelled with approval, prior to shipment.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing please email us within 7 days at info@bendgoods.com with your order customer information. All returns must be pre- authorized with an RMA number.
Return shipping charges + 20% restocking fee apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the customers responsibility no matter what the reason for the return. Bend Goods employees will inspect the product before refund is issued.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
products made by Bend Goods are hand crafted and minor blemishes and imperfections may be visible. These are not considered defects and do not interfere with the quality and function of the product.
SHIPPING
Current production run are two piece structures with slight assembly and are UPS-able. We also ship USPS, Fedex Ground, UPS, etc.
UNWRAPPING PRODUCTS
Please take care when unwrapping your furniture to prevent any damage.
BEND WARRANTY
Bend Goods guarantees that all products sold from our facilities are free from manufacturing faults and defects at the point of original delivery. We guarantee the materials used to construct our products for a period of 3 years from that date. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy. Please refer to CARE & MAINTENANCE for any questions pertaining to those topics.
It should also be noted that the warranty does NOT cover:
- Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.
- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.
- Changes caused by normal wear and tear.
- Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance.
